Great item and A* seller would use again :-).... although I wasn't to happy with the 1st laptop that was sent out to me, once I raised my concerns to the seller they was fast in responding and rectified my issue by replacing the laptop. Great communication from the seller and gave me peace of mind with my issue. Delivery was fast too!! its also my 1st time buying a refurbished item.
